The Kilmer's Flooring America Legend In 1997, Jason Kilmer married Debbie Sanders who is the daughter of the owners of Carpet Outlet Inc. which would come to be known as CarpetMax. Jason had spent some years working for his father in the lumber industry.  After marrying Debbie he went to work for Jim, Margaret and John Sanders, handling the warehouse and sales.  Early in 2000 Jack Kilmer decided to leave the lumber industry behind after 26 years.  Jason convinced him that the flooring industry was the place for him so in March 2000 the partnership of Jason, Debbie and Jack Kilmer began to buy out the inventory from the Sanders and started what would ultimately become Kilmer's Flooring America.  The Kilmer family has increased business some ten-fold in just 8 years. Kilmer's Flooring America was joined by Stacy Kilmer, Jack's wife along with Billy Kilmer their youngest son truly making this a family owned and operated business.  Both of the Kilmer's sons worked with their mother and father in the lumber industry and are very well versed in a customer service oriented business.  In February of 2006 Jason and Debbie moved to Sacramento California and to open up their own store.  When they departed Jack and Stacy purchased all interest in the business and now are the sole owners!  Billy and his wife Sanji decided in February of 2008, to move closer to her parents in the Austin, Texas area and to start a business down there.   With the addition of some new faces, the reputation of outstanding customer service provided by Kilmer's Flooring America continues to grow!  In addition to Jack and Stacy Kilmer who together have a combined total of over 50 years in the building industry, we also have Installation Manager Larry Lowery who has installed in the surrounding area for nearly 40 years. Our friendly Sales Professionals include Lacie Vaness among others, and Marketing Director Randy Roadz. Our Administrative Staff includes Nichole Colombo, Cheri Frank and Vanessa Frank. Our General Manager is Keith Ohman who has approximately 20 years of flooring industry sales.  Rounding out the Kilmer’s Flooring America team is Warehouse Manager Scott Blanchard. As with many of our neighbors, we were greatly affected by the December 2007 flood.   However, just two days after the flood the store was back up and running with concrete floors, bare walls and new inventory!  Now, we have what many are saying is the nicest looking showroom in town!  There were many who assisted in the clean-up work and to try to name them all would take up more print than is available!
